Chief Executive Officer & Founder

Bill co-founded First American Equipment Finance in 1996, building it into one of the largest commercial equipment finance companies in the U.S. before its acquisition by the Royal Bank of Canada. He founded Innovation Finance USA LLC (QuickFi) in 2018 to reimagine equipment lending through embedded finance and AI. Bill holds a J.D. from Cornell Law School, an MBA from UCLA Anderson, and a B.G.S. from the University of Michigan. He served as Chairman of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association (ELFA) in 2009.

President

Mark brings decades of commercial lending expertise to QuickFi. As President, he oversees platform operations, partner relationships, and strategic growth initiatives. Mark previously held senior leadership roles at First American Equipment Finance.

Chief Financial Officer

Mike oversees QuickFi's financial strategy, treasury operations, and investor relations. He co-founded QuickFi after serving as a senior officer at First American Equipment Finance, where he managed multi-billion dollar portfolios.

Chief Experience Officer

Nate leads QuickFi's product design and borrower experience strategy. His focus is on ensuring that every touchpoint — from the first credit application to the final payment — is intuitive, fast, and transparent.
